Each paper must have a full registration for presentation of the paper at the conference and for inclusion of the same paper in the proceedings. Early bird registration closes on May 15, 2024. Onsite registration with normal payment (in cash) is possible.

Registration fee covers:

1- Coffee breaks, Lunches and refreshments during the days of the conference
2- Conference pack: Numeric proceedings, program booklet…
3- Participation in all sessions oral and poster
4- Papers publication in proceedings
5- Extended versions publication in an Indexed Journal
6- Conference Banquet : Night meeting & dinner
